HiveHub fixed conversion leaks, launched email as a revenue channel generating $800+ on first send, and built an SEO foundation for a DTC apparel brand.
Client: Falastin.me (DTC) Timeline: 4–6 weeks Goal: Stop leaking revenue, build email as a channel, and lay the foundation for long-term organic traffic The Situation Falastin.me had traffic and a product people wanted, but the site wasn't doing its job. Visitors landed on the homepage and left without exploring. Product pages didn't clearly communicate why the products were worth buying. The checkout flow had unnecessary friction that was costing sales. Email, one of the highest-ROI channels in ecommerce, wasn't set up at all. There was no email collection system, no list, and no way to follow up with visitors or customers. On top of that, there was no organic search presence. Every visitor came from paid traffic or referrals. That can work short term, but it's fragile. When ads stop, revenue stops. They needed to tighten conversion so existing traffic stopped leaking money, get email infrastructure in place to start generating revenue beyond first visits, and lay an SEO foundation so traffic could compound over time without ongoing ad spend. What We Built We built three layers designed to work together: Conversion optimization to stop losing revenue from traffic they were already paying for Email infrastructure to start collecting emails
